Business Development Associate

We are seeking an entrepreneurial self-starter to join our casual yet intellectually rigorous NYC office. This is an excellent opportunity for a bright and driven entry- to junior-level candidate to gain meaningful experience in business development, client management and organizational growth. We're looking for a positive, upbeat person who is energized by interaction with teammates, clients and strategic partners.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Solid academic credentials
• 1-3 years of work experience
• Some experience, background, or interest in healthcare and/or education is desirable but not required
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage details
• Strong interpersonal skills and written, verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in an environment characterized by significant growth, rapid change and complex market conditions
• Comfort working autonomously
• Available for occasional travel to meet with prospects and clients around the country
