ABOUT OUR COOPERATIVE
The East Bay Permanent Real Estate Cooperative is a multi-stakeholder co-op that facilitates BIPOC and allied communities to cooperatively organize, finance, purchase, occupy, and steward properties, taking them permanently off the speculative market.
