    Promedica Heartland Hospice is a non-profit hospice that serves Central Virginia, including the counties of Albemarle, Augusta, Buckingham, Fluvanna, Green, Madison, Louisa, and Nelson. We've been providing care in the Charlottesville area since 2017 and have served hundreds of hospice patients and their families. Our agency participates in the We Honor Veterans program in association with the National Organization for Hospice and Palliative Care and the Veterans Administration.
