The Avalon Consulting Group is seeking an Assistant Data Manager with excellent data skills to provide support to the Senior Data Manager in managing, processing, and tracking client data. 


Collaborate with our dynamic teams on our rewarding work with cultural, environmental, and progressive advocacy clients.


What You Will Do


  • New client set up support involving document organization, importing and reporting
  • Weekly client gift updates involving coordinating, converting, importing gift files
  • Global quality control support
  • Manipulate data within MS Excel and our online database interface
  • Assess data quality/organization, correcting shortcomings
  • Organize large quantities of data with appropriate measures for backup; resolve data inconsistencies or other concerns


What We Need


  • Strong candidates with 1-3 years of experience
  • Excel rock stars
  • Ability to compile information from multiple sources and organize for strategic conclusions
  • Off-the-charts detail management
  • Ability to follow and create organizational systems
