THE ROLE | We are seeking a Talent Development Coordinator to join our growing team in New York. This role will be responsible for –

·        Learning to connect project staffing requests to skills, experience, and growth plans of staff

·        Conducting capacity analysis to inform recruitment and staffing strategies

·        Coordinating HR&A’s peer mentoring and cohort advising program firm-wide

·        Supporting the development of recruiting tools (interview guides, evaluations, posting strategy)

·        Cultivating the ability to plan firmwide social events, trainings, and retreats

·        Collecting and analyzing staff surveys

·        Tracking talent-related metrics to be shared with the Senior Leadership Team


This position reports directly to the Chief Talent Officer to support the growth and professional development of across all offices and levels at HR&A. 


SKILLS REQUIRED | We are looking for an individual interested in learning how organizations support the retention of growth of talent. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; be extremely organized; and be able to manage multiple assignments at once. They will think independently, act entrepreneurially, learn quickly, and pay attention to the details. Ideal candidates will bring a demonstrated capacity for leadership, critical & analytic thinking, and creativity.

Each year, the firm will contribute funds to this long-term wealth-building account, and may make contributions to other retirement accounts. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that goes well beyond coverage of 90-95% of healthcare premiums, dental and vision coverage. The starting base salary for this position is $50,000 - $55,000/year.

Level of Language Proficiency

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED | Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of work experience supporting office operations in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office. They should be able to handle quick-turnaround requests in a fast-paced work environment with poise and maturity. The ideal candidate will be interested in growing with the company.
