Building For Mission (BFM) is a start-up Talent and OD Consulting company that partners with organizations and individuals to build effective talent strategies, systems, and practices that embed their values of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We specialize in strategic planning, organization development, and facilitation. We offer the following services: Consulting, Training & Facilitation, and Coaching. Building for Mission is primarily focused on mission-driven organizations from multiple sectors. 

A successful candidate is an individual who can lead and support multiple client engagements at one time, offering specific talent expertise in collaboration with a Senior Consultant. The individual would manage a variety of project-related tasks, including conducting interviews, organization assessment surveys, benchmarking, developing presentations, and designing and facilitating training sessions --all with a race equity/DEI lens. This position will be a full-time permanent position. This position will report to the Chief Talent Strategist.
