The Outreach team is one of the largest field vendors in the country. We work on behalf of amazing progressive partners to win real social change for good. Our goal is to consistently raise the overall level of organizing/canvass work across platforms by thinking holistically about our clients, the campaign we are trying to win, and the staff who work on the campaign.
Our ability to run successful campaigns depends on the strength of our organizers and managers, and our ability to scale up depends on the depth and readiness of our leadership bench. With that in mind, we’re hiring a Training Director to develop and implement a centralized training program for our staff and to support existing trainings, so that we can maintain the highest quality outreach work as we grow.
This is a job for someone who loves training organizers, canvassers, and managers. We believe that staff learn the most by trying things and getting lots of feedback, so we’re looking for an experienced manager who can create, deliver, and institutionalize a series of trainings that involve simple principles, demonstrations, and a lot of practice.
This position is remote. This is a Manager - level position reporting to the People Director. The position starts immediately and will involve significant travel (average of 5-10 days per month) when it is safe to do so.

Salary & Benefits
The salary for this position is $55,000 - $67,000 annually depending on experience. We offer a generous benefits package, including paid vacation, paid sick leave, health insurance, hands on training, and opportunities for advancement.
