Overview: MissionWired is looking for a director of change management to help equip our teams with cutting-edge tools and empower them with the information to get the most out of those tools – for one another and our partners. Across all aspects of our operation, you’ll collaborate to identify what we need, evaluate options for meeting that need, implement solutions, and ensure consistent use that coheres with best practices. In doing this, you’ll lead that which is most essential: providing everyone with the tools and understanding they need to help us make good decisions and do our best work.

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Joining each and every one of your colleagues in creating an inclusive workspace; 
  • Collaborating with and providing strategic advisory services to the management team and department heads; 
  • Overseeing the development for new and current systems;
  • Developing objectives and key results, as well as tactical plans to execute against defined objectives; this includes communication plans, coaching plans, training plans, resistance management plans, etc.;
  • Identifying the most expected points of resistance to change and developing mechanisms to reduce resistance and uncertainty to foster a positive acceptance of change within the organization;
  • Planning and scheduling development procedures for new systems;
  • Analyzing system and projecting costs;
  • Creating and enabling reinforcements and celebrations of success to increase employee engagement and buy-in.

Must-have qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in systems engineering, change management, or similar field;
  • Experience documenting and leading discussions on final state system architecture, system and data flow, operational processes;
  • Experience with HubSpot, Lattice, or similar systems;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to large groups, executive teams, technical and non-technical audiences;
  • A passion for making our world a better place;
  • Obsessive attention to detail and intense curiosity;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Intellectual curiosity to innovate on ways to solve data management issues;
  • Passion, energy, and excitement for progressive and philanthropic causes and all things digital.

Salary floor for this role is $100,000+ per year, depending on experience.
