Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized Operations Manager to join our Charidy family! You will help oversee our client dashboard by providing support to current and prospective clients via phone, email, and webchat. Your position will also oversee client satisfaction, conducting surveys and providing reports to Charidy team members on customer feedback for improvements. Our ideal candidate has a background in customer service and operations and is skilled at using G-Suite, ZenDesk, and Asana to help manage tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond in a friendly, timely, and informative manner to client inquiries.
  • Reach out and collect feedback and performance data from clients.
  • Provide bi-weekly reports to the team on client data.
  • Manage and oversee the ZenDesk dashboard and be responsible for providing internal support to Charidy staff on ZenDesk.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to implement client feedback in product development.
  • Provide internal support to Charidy team members on a variety of items, including invoicing clients, helping to answer client questions, and organizing resources for staff.
  • Organize the company calendar and oversee the planning of company events.
  • Manage internal company communications newsletter.


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service oriented role.
  • Experience using ZenDesk, Asana, and G-Suite is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Driven and dedicated individual looking for a company where they can grow.
  • Experience working with nonprofits is a plus.
  • Bachelors Degree is a plus.
