We are looking for a highly organized Operations Manager to join our Charidy family! You will help oversee our client dashboard by providing support to current and prospective clients via phone, email, and webchat. Your position will also oversee client satisfaction, conducting surveys and providing reports to Charidy team members on customer feedback for improvements. Our ideal candidate has a background in customer service and operations and is skilled at using G-Suite, ZenDesk, and Asana to help manage tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications
Charidy was founded in 2013 to provide nonprofits with the coaching and resources necessary for organizations to successfully fundraise using crowdfunding. Over the years, our team and resources have grown. We have offices in 11 different cities around the world, a team of over 80 talented individuals, and have raised over $1 billion dollars for over 5,000 nonprofits globally.
