ABOUT THE JOB:
The Research Associate will work with Senior Analysts to support and manage client projects from the discovery process, to the development of research questionnaires, through the production of client deliverables. Research Associates will learn the key elements of successful survey research/polling while managing each project, ensuring the quality and accuracy of final deliverables, as well as ensuring all deadlines are met.

Essential Physical Requirements of the Job:
During COVID, all positions at Hart Research Associates are virtual, but this job will eventually be onsite in our Washington, DC office. Please note, our charming Dupont Circle brownstone office building requires employees to climb stairs.
The environmental factors and/or physical requirements of this position include the following: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to climb and descend multiple flights of stairs, visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 5-15 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and ability to use a keyboard. The employee frequently is required to be in one position for long periods of screen use, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear both in person and over devices. The employee interacts in close spaces and frequently with other workers, vendors, and clients. The position works in an office environment with artificial light and air.
