Seeking an Account Executive who is passionate about helping progressive and advocacy organizations change the world. The Account Executive will provide strategic leadership for direct marketing fundraising programs in a fast-paced and fun environment. Position is responsible for managing and executing multi-channel direct response fundraising efforts, including drafting campaign strategies, data selects and instructions, list selection and segmentation, data processing, creative development and quality control. Also charged with learning to analyze mailing and testing results. Should have an understanding of direct response fundraising and the ability to work as part of a team to fulfill client needs and assist in the maintenance of strong client relationships. To succeed in this position, candidates will have 4 to 5 years direct response fundraising experience (agency experience a plus) and excellent communication skills. Should be extremely detail-oriented, work well as part of a team and be able to prioritize multiple projects. Level of Language Proficiency
- 4 years’ experience in fundraising and/or direct marketing
- Basic knowledge of direct response fundraising and campaign execution
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong analytic skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong writing skills
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, vendors and co-workers.
- Digital fundraising and list experience is helpful
