Description

As a Salesforce Education Cloud expert, you have experience in using, managing and enhancing the Salesforce platform for recruitment and enrollment, student success, advancement and fundraising, and alumni engagement. You will be working with publicly-funded K-12 schools. You will have a keen interest in using technology to advance more inclusive, welcoming schools for students, families and other community stakeholders.  

Responsibilities 

Setup Salesforce Education Cloud as needed by clients

Migrate data and establish processes that maintain accurate information

Integrate communication, events, fundraising and other best-in-class applications

Provide ongoing client support and training

Enhance and expand the use of the Salesforce platform to meet client goals.

Requirements

Experience in working with Salesforce at an educational institution is required.  

Experience at a K-12 school or school district preferred.  

Salesforce Admin Certification highly preferred + willingness to pursue the Education Cloud Certification within six months from hire date.   Experience with the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud is a plus.

Bachelor's Degree required + 5+ years of relevant experience

Keen interest in developing workflows and processes that make nonprofit teams more productive and responsive to their stakeholders
