Key Responsibilities 

Project Management

  • Engage in effective Client communication to ensure projects are progressing as planned
  • Create, collect or facilitate the completion of client deliverables within established timelines, including surveys, response forms, digital session tools, etc.
  • Collaborate with Senior Consultant to responsively establish next steps in each client project 
  • Track and report engagement effort
  • Engage in first-level design work for processes/sessions/retreats/meetings

Data synthesis and report writing

  • Analyze and code survey, focus group, interview, and listening session data
  • Synthesize data into themes for review by Senior Consultant
  • Write data synthesis reports for review and finalization by Senior Consultant
  • Create data charts for reports, as needed
  • Identify process improvement at the completion of each data gathering process 

Facilitation and In-Session/Retreat/Meeting Support

  • Under the guidance and mentorship of the Senior Consultant, facilitate meetings, engagement sessions, focus groups, interviews, listening sessions
  • Create and send session reminders, materials and session notes
  • Prepare for and attend sessions/retreats/meetings and provide technical support for virtual sessions and in-person support when in-person
