Digital Associate - Pantograph Labs - Full time, remote

Pantograph Labs is a boutique digital agency that works exclusively with progressive PACs, candidates, and nonprofits. In 2 years, we have operated in 6 states and DC, specializing in advocacy & fundraising emails, and digital advertising.

We are currently seeking a full-time, permanently remote, junior-level Digital Associate to start in February or March 2021, working primarily on political fundraising, organizing, and issue advocacy email.

We seek someone with both an organizer’s and fundraiser’s mindset.

Primary functions

• Working on email campaigns from start to finish, including concept generation, drafting, incorporation of client feedback, and production.
• Proofreading and quality control on digital content.

Supporting roles

• Light-duty data work supporting joint actions, list rentals, and performance reporting.
• New client onboarding
• Concept development and content for online advertising programs.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years experience on fundraising & advocacy email campaigns, including content development and production.
• Familiarity with email and advocacy on ActionNetwork, ActionKit, EveryAction, or similar CRM.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS.

One or more of the following skills are appreciated but not required. All of them are not necessary to apply.

• Digital ads on Facebook, Google, or a DSP.
• Direct experience on a candidate campaign.
• Web development.
• Video editing.
• eCommerce and merchandising.

Compensation

• $45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience as salaried employee
• 24 days paid time off.
• 10 paid holidays.

Location & timeline

• Remote within the United States, any time zone.
