360 Campaign Consulting is a political consulting firm specializing in field. We partner with good groups doing great things. We are excited to be working with National Iranian American Council (NIAC Action) on an important campaign to mobilize Iranian Americans to vote in California’s 45 congressional district. 

NIAC Action is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the voice of Iranian-Americans and promoting greater understanding between the American and Iranian people. The Iranian-American community is underrepresented in politics and California's 45th Congressional District has the 3rd most Iranian-Americans in the country. NIAC Action is running the first large-scale voter mobilization in this district to turn out Iranian-American voters and hold elected officials accountable to the issues that concern our community, such as civil rights, immigration, and preventing war.

General Overview: The Campaign Organizer will recruit, train, and work with a team of volunteers on behalf of NIAC Action. You will work with your team to register hundreds of people to vote. After the voter registration drive, you and your volunteers will run a focused, two-week get-out-the-vote campaign in the weeks leading up to the June California primary election.

Duties and Responsibilities

Specific duties and responsibilities include the following:

·      Recruiting volunteers;

·      Training volunteers;

·      Registering voters;

·      Calling voters;

·      Managing student volunteers to implement designated campaign tactics;

·      Tracking and reporting campaign metrics and narratives; and,

·      Other duties as assigned.


·      Experience in field and volunteer organizing

·      Leadership experience

·      Excitement for working with volunteers

·      Passion for wanting to help fix our democracy

·      Ability to manage technology including excel, text, Voter Activation Network experience preferred

  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
