THE ROLE | HR&A seeks several full-time Administrative Assistants for our Washington, DC, Atlanta, and Raleigh offices. The Administrative Assistants will collaborate and provide administrative support to executives in the respective offices. This individual will report directly to the Head of the Washington, DC office, and will be part of a small group of administrative assistants across the company.

Responsibilities will include meeting scheduling, travel booking, expense report preparations, SalesForce management, and various research tasks. The candidate will work with a range of staff, including executives, project staff, and other business and administrative staff.

The ideal candidates will have an interest in business administration, experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic office environment, demonstrated capacity to manage and multi-task, excellent analytical skills, and resourceful problem-solving skills. This position can offer excellent growth opportunities within HR&A. 

SKILLS REQUIRED | We are looking for an individual interested in supporting our executives. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; be extremely organized; and be able to manage multiple assignments at once. They will think independently, act entrepreneurially, learn quickly, and pay attention to the details.

Compensation

At least USD 55,000
Eligible for overtime depending on salary.

Level of Language Proficiency

Candidates should have a minimum of an associate’s degree and 1-3 years of work experience supporting office operations in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
