Adler & Colvin, a seventeen-attorney San Francisco firm with a national reputation representing tax-exempt organizations and their donors, has an opening for a hardworking and motivated associate attorney who wants to represent the nonprofit sector in a small-firm, collegial environment. We are looking for someone with at least three years’ experience working in the tax department of a mid-size to large law firm, well-developed verbal and written communication skills, and excellent academic credentials. Our ideal candidate has experience handling transactions, an interest in the nonprofit sector, and is a member of the California Bar.
