As a seasoned social sector professional, Saeed brings over 20 years of executive level leadership experience to bear on issues of social change and social impact. He is passionate about the role learning and development, leadership, capacity building, and social entrepreneurship can play in bringing about sustainable change.
Saeed's leadership positions have encompassed the fields of education, health, social services and criminal justice and have given him invaluable insights into social sector challenges providing him the opportunity to steadily develop effective approaches and solutions that achieve lasting results for clients.
As a facilitator, trainer, and coach, Saeed has supported his clients in a range of organizational development activities. He brings deep expertise in leading strategic planning efforts (as well as strategic doing efforts), forming partnerships and coalitions, and leading the development of programs and initiatives that maximize impact and advance organizational sustainability.
His expertise is routinely sought on Committees and Boards of local and national groups. He has also advised NGOs internationally in Rwanda, Israel-Palestine, and South Africa in systems development, visual storytelling, and capacity building. Saeed holds a Masters degree in Social Anthropology from the University of London. He is also an avid photographer, writer, and globe trotter but his two children are his proudest achievement.
