As part our Junior Naturalist Program, kids that attend will receive a passport to explore their local parks! Each time they attend a Junior Naturalist event, they will get a stamp for the corresponding park. Kids will be able to earn prizes that will be given at the end of the year based on how many events they attend.
Six stamps: Junior Naturalist Certificate
Nine stamps: Junior Naturalist Pin
Eleven stamps: Junior Naturalist Nature Survive Kit
The Junior Naturalist Program is a FREE outdoor program for children of all ages to learn about local plants and animals! Parent/guardian required.
Dress appropriately for the weather and be ready to do very hands-on activities with (and in) nature. We encourage you to register for each session you are interested in so we can prepare materials accordingly.
