The City University of New York, Hunter College is seeking Administrative Support for the President’s office:


We are looking for an individual who is efficient, able to multi-task; perform a wide range of administrative and office support functions. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a strong problem solver and organized.


Duties include:


●       provide general administrative and clerical support

●       maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

●       prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

●       open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence

●       updating calendar of events and assisting with the President’s scheduling needs

●       manage data collection (surveys, spreadsheets, CUNY first queries)

●       Assist in event management for instance- invite attendees, order food, book spaces

●       Communication skills - written and verbal

●       Ability to plan and organize     

●       Problem assessment and problem solving skills

●       Great attention to detail and accuracy

●       Strong appreciation for confidentiality

●       Customer service orientation

●       Ability to work under deadline in a fast paced teamwork environment

●       Usage of Microsoft / Google tools
