The Inclusion Facilitator will provide direct support in adapting and modifying programs to meet the needs of a specific child or children enrolled in Department of Human Service Programs (DHSP)/Out of School (OST) Programs. The Inclusion Facilitator will be supervised directly by the head supervisor in each program with support and guidance provided by the Inclusion team for DHSP.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
HOURS OF WORK: 19.5 hours per week. Monday-Friday within afterschool schedule between 2:00 pm-6:00 pm. Occasional full days and vacation weeks. Position begins immediately and continues through the school year. RATE: $22.00-$24.00 per hour. Retention bonus may be available.
