This is managerial and administrative work directing the collaborative process, in coordination with elected officials, City staff and citizens, of reviewing, improving or designing City services, processes and initiatives to ensure that they serve the needs, perspectives, priorities and expectations of our citizens.
This ideal candidate will work as a strategic partner with Charter Officers, department directors, and the City Commission to develop, implement and monitor long- and short-range citizen-centered strategies for the City that are aligned with and support organizational values, goals and objectives and provide a leadership role for the City with respect to all matters concerning citizen-centered services, processes and initiatives and serve on the City Manager's senior management team.
