Details: The annual salary range for this position is $65,800 (Step 1) to $85,859 (Step 10). Salary at hire based on qualifications.
In preparation for a future retirement, the Northwest Regional Council is seeking a skilled nurse clinician to provide leadership and daily operational management of our NCCHC (National Commission on Correctional Health Care) accredited jail health clinic. To facilitate a thorough orientation and smooth transition we are anticipating a November start date.
With Correctional Nursing being the practice and delivery of patient care within the unique and distinctive environment of the criminal justice system, our Clinic Nursing Supervisor provides leadership and daily operational management of the Whatcom County Jail Health Clinic. The supervisor educates and promotes the delivery of quality patient care while acting as a collaborative liaison between corrections, medical consultants, providers, and nursing staff.
