The Office of the Minnesota Attorney General is accepting resumes for an entry level attorney to handle the revocation of driver’s licenses of drunk drivers. This is an opportunity to get in court several days each week to try cases and to keep our highways safe. The significant courtroom experience obtained in this position helps lawyer to develop their legal skills.
The selection process for this process is highly high competitive. Applicants must have good academic credentials, well-developed written and oral communication skills, outstanding research and analytical abilities, good judgment and character, a strong work ethic.
If you have Federal Direct Student Loans (or other federal loans that may be consolidated into a Direct Consolidation Loan), your employment with this Office may qualify you to have your student loans forgiven after a period of service and payments.
