Under direction, directs and has complete charge of the American Job Centers and all of its personnel, is responsible for the administration, planning and development procedures of employment and training programs and for promoting and administering, monitoring and evaluating federal, state, county and other community programs as related to the American Job Centers; does related duties as required.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university plus five (5) years of experience in work involving employment and training services or related area including a social service agency, two years of which shall have been in a supervisory capacity.
