Productivity requirements include 50% billable hours with remaining time attending to documentation, clinical supervision, training, travel (to client residence), and meetings.

Ten-Step Hourly Range: $28.39 – $37.04, DOQ

Northwest Regional Council is a multipurpose human services agency that relies on high performing employees to provide the best possible community-based supports for senior citizens, people with disabilities, and people affected by complex, chronic health conditions.

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to provide assessments and ongoing individual counseling to a diverse adult population in their homes or place of residence in Skagit & Whatcom Counties. Due to current COVID restrictions and safety precautions we are providing telehealth sessions to our clients; clinicians have the option of working onsite or from home. (Eventually services will be provided via telehealth with client in place of residence.) 

Services are delivered by building a therapeutic alliance and include individual psychotherapy, treatment planning, identification and development of natural supports, advocacy, and collaboration with other services. Additionally, the clinician provides mental health-related expertise for the other NWRC Care Management Programs.

This growing behavioral unit is composed of 7 behavioral health clinicians, a clinical supervisor who can provide clinical supervision for licensure hours. Weekly team meetings, ongoing 1 on 1 supervisor case review, skill development, ongoing opportunities for CEU’s and access to a psychiatric ARNP for case consulting.
