Our Program
Our MS programs train students to think critically, to integrate knowledge and technology into their work, and to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and decision makers. Our graduates are prepared to navigate pressing social and environmental challenges, to impact environmental policy, and to generate real, on the ground results.
Our training programs culminate in an individual, professional project experience at a leading conservation organization. Together, we work to match you with an organization or individual in our global network of practitioners that can help you create a unique and meaningful hands-on project.
Our accelerated programs span just 15 months where all students start together in June and graduate the following August. Students quickly build lasting professional relationships and develop strong networks of alumni, faculty, stakeholders and decision-makers that are tackling today’s complex environmental challenges. If you believe complex environmental problems can be solved, become part of the solution and join us as we work to make the world a better place.

Inclusion
- Our goal is to have cohorts of around 25 students in both the Environmental Conservation and Environmental Observation & Informatics MS programs
- The strength of our programs is in the diversity of our students. Cohorts include students who want to advance in the environmental field, those who are continuing their professional path, or those who are ready for something completely different. Whatever the background, we welcome students who want to make a difference in the world.
