Our Program

The Diverse Community Development Leadership online master's program prepares you for a career leading diverse organizations and communities.

Designed for working adults, the Diverse Community Development Leadership program emphasizes contemporary social theory – with a focus on social justice – and features hands-on workshops and assignments. Courses include organizational leadership models, social justice in diverse communities, conflict resolution, research methods, community partnerships, and communication management.
