With its beginnings in 1918, the Boston University School of Social Work is committed to education that furthers social and economic justice.
The School prepares and develops highly trained, flexible professional social workers to address the needs and potentials of individuals, families, groups, organizations and communities.
Emphasizing an integrated program of study, the School teaches the engagement of individual and community strengths to promote the understanding, treatment, and prevention of individual and social problems.
The TOEFL or IELTS examination is required for international applicants.
On-Campus Program (Boston): January and February application deadlines for fall semester
Off -Campus Program (Fall River, Bedford, Cape Cod, and Worcester): December, March, and June application deadlines for fall semester
Online Program: Has three entry terms in the fall, spring, and summer (two application deadlines each cycle)
