Three platforms of learning--on campus, off campus, and online in full-time and part-time formats, all emphasizing a commitment to social justice.

With its beginnings in 1918, the Boston University School of Social Work is committed to education that furthers social and economic justice.

The School prepares and develops highly trained, flexible professional social workers to address the needs and potentials of individuals, families, groups, organizations and communities.

Emphasizing an integrated program of study, the School teaches the engagement of individual and community strengths to promote the understanding, treatment, and prevention of individual and social problems.
