Our Program

The Lilly Family School of Philanthropy is recognized as the first and only of its kind.

School faculty and staff train and empower students and practitioners to innovate and lead—and to create positive and lasting change in the world. Through B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. programs plus research institutes and professional development offerings, the school is dedicated wholly to the study of and teaching of philanthropy.

Application Deadline

We accept applications for our graduate certificate and master’s degree at any time. New students can begin classes in August (fall), January (spring), and May (summer).

We recommend applying by April 1 for the summer or fall semesters and November 1 for the spring semester. We will accommodate late applications as space permits.
