Our Program
Schwarzman Scholars is a program for the next generation of global leaders. Anchored in a Master’s Degree in Global Affairs at Beijing’s Tsinghua University the program experience encompasses unparalleled opportunities in and outside the classroom, including extensive leadership training, a network of senior mentors, optional internships, career development, and travel seminars around China. Schwarzman Scholars prepares young leaders for a world where China plays a vital role. Scholars learn from world-class faculty and guest speakers about the emergence of China as an economic and political force through a rigorous and dynamic core curriculum.

Schwarzman Scholars is open to students and young professionals between the ages of 18 and 28 years old, regardless of nationality, who are proficient in English and have obtained an undergraduate degree. Student-Led Initiatives
Schwarzman Scholars develop and lead initiatives within the College, on the Tsinghua campus, and beyond, from clubs and sports teams to symposia and conferences, volunteer opportunities, podcasts and blogs, and collaborative projects that often continue after the program. These initiatives showcase and benefit from the diversity of national and cultural backgrounds as well as the range of academic fields and professional experiences that students bring to their cohort.
