Claremont Graduate University was founded in 1925 as the graduate institution of the Claremont Colleges. CGU specializes in liberal arts graduate only education and learning. CGU takes a unique transdisciplinary approach to learning wherein we believe students should go beyond their academic discipline to learn the answers to their questions.
