What Our Students Say

  • My Cornell experience has had a lot of major effects on me, both personally and professionally. One of the most important of these effects is that it has allowed me to become a part of an incredibly diverse and intelligent community of people who share my interests and passions. This has allowed me to learn more than I ever could have from classes alone and to continuously see things from unique perspectives.

Charles G., Master of Professional Studies, Controlled Environment Agriculture specialization ‘19
  • A major strength of the MPS program is its flexibility in allowing students pursue their true passion within the boundaries of the program. The faculty are among the industry-leaders and have a lot of influence in the food industry or in agriculture as a whole. The perspective, knowledge, and ideas they share with students on a daily basis is truly invaluable.

Joseph T., Master of Professional Studies, Food Science and Technology, Dairy Processing ‘19
  • During my time here I have really developed a strong sense of family and support within my cohort and my department. I attribute my successful experience here to my involvement with the department and one-on-one advising opportunities offered in a small-size program.

Adriana H., Master of Landscape Architecture ‘19
