Our Program
The UH Graduate College of Social Work (GCSW) is a nationally recognized social work program (ranked 28 out of 313) which prepares diverse leaders in practice and research to address complex challenges and achieve sustainable social, racial, economic, and political justice, locally and globally, through exceptional education, innovative research, and meaningful community engagement.
We offer 3 enrollment options for the MSW program: Face-to-Face, Hybrid and Online. Advanced Standing is possible for students with a Bachelor of Social Work degree. We also have a PhD program and 5 dual degree options: MSW/MBA, MSW/MPH, MSW/MPP, MSW/JD, and MSW/PhD.
