Start Strong

To ensure students across the degree programs have a strong foundation, all students studying at Old Westbury take classes related to human growth and development, literacy and special needs instruction. The programs differ where M.A.T. students focus more attention on pedagogical philosophy and instructional methods where M.S. students delve more deeply on courses related to the specific content area.
