Covia's Home Match program creates affordable housing options for our local workforce, retirees and students while simultaneously preventing the displacement and/or homelessness of the elders in our community. You will help both groups benefit from a sense of community in the home.
Partnering closely with the Senior Director of Home Match, you will work together to achieve the goals and objectives and play an active role in the overall Home Match team.
You will field participant inquiries and work closely with all of those seeking housing via the Program and lead the matching and home sharing process for a portfolio of program participants. In partnership with the Director, you will work to increase the visibility of the program in the community in order to attract a robust set of program applicants and sustainable funding.
Are you innovative, organized and well connected with your professional network? Do you like a variety of office work and outside appointments throughout the week?
