The founders firmly hold that if we are to leave anything to future generations, people must have the means they want and need to empower all individuals to make informed and responsible reproductive choices and to protect the right to make those choices.

The Foundation focuses exclusively on reproductive health in Latin America, the Caribbean, United States and 9 countries in East Africa; Burundi, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Rwanda and South Sudan.
