Responsibilities
• Supports team in day-to-day client relationship management
• Provides onboarding support for new clients
• Fields in-bound inquiries from clients (e.g. support email, phone calls)
• Escalates in-bound support issues to as needed
• Maintains and uses a library of client materials for team use (e.g. templates, FAQs)
• Tracks, summarizes and reports on client issues
• Monitors client activity to be proactive in support matters
Desired Experience and Capabilities
• 1+ years of professional work experience, ideally in client or customer service
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities in a quickly evolving business (no two days are the same!)
• Strong analytical skills, with an ability to develop fact-based and informed opinions
• Track record of project ownership and results orientation in a team setting
• Unwavering moral compass
