Description

Recruiting, Programs and Events Analyst

We’re looking for a people-loving, detail-oriented, empathetic full-time employee to assist with recruiting participants and delivering our social impact training programs, particularly our summer Fellowships and a client’s summer internship for graduate students. This role also includes opportunities to support and learn from our events.

Which is where you come in! If you:

- Know and love the power and challenges of attracting hard-working, kind-hearted, and purpose-driven people to innovative and impactful work.

- Excel at owning a process from start to finish (in this case, leading in-person and electronic outreach to a wide variety of populations [starting with students on campus])

- Thrive as a self-starter, keeping yourself on track independently yet in-coordination with a busy team that is functioning at 150% capacity.

- Relish the flexibility, ambiguity, learning, and collaboration of startup life and particularly the opportunity (and challenge!) to recognize opportunities for improvement and growth and realize them with limited guidance.

- Are stubbornly committed to our mission of helping purpose-driven professionals prepare for and find roles in which they’re motivated and able to reach their full potential.

Maybe you’ve got some of this experience to share too:

- Recruiting participants for volunteer or other service-minded roles or training programs.

- Efficient, highly organized project management.

- Event design, logistics, and management.

- Facilitation and/or teaching skills.

You’d be applying those skills in a very full-time role, to

- Work with our recruiting manager to plan and coordinate on-campus recruiting for our summer fellowship, as well as a partner’s similar graduate student summer program.

- Work with our Director of Programs to make sure our summer fellowship program runs smoothly and successfully (co-ordination with speakers, hosts, catering, etc.)

- Work with our events manager to ensure that our regular events fulfill our internal and external mandate to be thought-provoking, action-oriented, candid, fun, and of course—inspiring!

- and other projects that we (including you!) identify in our quest to dominate the market for Learning & Development through Impact for purpose-driven professionals and organizations.

PLEASE NOTE: we do not consider applications submitted without a cover letter. If you're interested, include a resume AND separate cover letter describing your interest in our work and qualifications for THIS specific position.
