- At least three years of post-law school legal experience in construction law is required.
- Admission to practice law in New York is strongly preferred.
- New York City residence is required within 180 days of hire.

The Legal Department provides advice and representation on real estate development activities (including land sales and leases), construction projects, municipal bond financings, tax benefit agreements, corporate matters and litigation, interacting with private companies, City, State and federal agencies and the Port Authority.
