Position Overview

Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Performance Measurement Analyst will participate in the development, implementation and dissemination of new and/or existing evaluation and management reporting projects related to program and administration performance of HELP USA. This position will support multiple data analysis initiatives through measurement and evaluation via reporting and statistical analyses using Tableau, ACCESS and SQL database management tools. Candidates should be comfortable with mining large sets of complex data from multiple sources and interrogating data sets to produce useful information.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Appling statistical methods to collected metrics to determine satisfaction of achievement of target levels, trending analysis, and predictive analysis used to prevent future potential performance drops below the targets.
  • Collecting and aggregating data coming from management tools such as HRIS, general ledger, and funder-specific databases.
  • Developing and refining performance based metrics and working with key stakeholders to identify new performance measurement requirements and processes.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum three years’ experience in performance measurement reporting
  • Excellent computer literacy with a proven, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL and Tableau
  • Experience in the Social Services field is preferred
  • Curious and inquisitive; strong analytical skills
  • Good project planning and coordination skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
