LICENSED NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATOR

The Steven and Alexandra Cohen Pediatric Long-Term Care Pavilion at Blythedale Children’s Hospital is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for our 24-bed facility. This is an exciting full time (will consider part time with at least 12 hours per week on site) opportunity for an experienced LNHA to make an impact on the delivery of medical care to children and their families who are challenged by complex medical issues. The successful candidate will have an established reputation for leadership, teamwork and partnering with residents and families.  Experience working in a pediatric facility is preferred.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

•       A bachelor’s degree in healthcare or another related field.

•       A master’s degree in health care administration or another related field is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

•       Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience as Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a Long-Term Care Facility preferred.

•       Must possess a current New York State Nursing Home Administrator's license.

•       Experience working in Pediatrics is preferred.

Compensation: $125,000 - $200,000
