Our Talent Equity Consulting’s compensation practice’s mission is to eliminate pay gaps in the nonprofit education and youth space. Our practice is rapidly growing, and is therefore looking to hire an Analyst to help fuel this expansion. Reporting directly to a Principal Consulting Lead, the Analyst will be responsible for researching salary and benefits in the education and nonprofit sectors, analyzing the data, and presenting findings to Edgility leadership. In addition, the Analyst will conduct equity analysis to inform recommendations for fair pay practices for our clients. This is a full-time position.
