TSNE (formerly Third Sector New England) (www.tsne.org) is a management support organization that partners every year with hundreds of nonprofits, foundations, community-based groups, and others working for social change. The Building Maintenance Technician conducts the repairs and maintenance of buildings owned by TSNE (89 South Street) and those that are clients of TSNE (45 Temple Place, 7 Winthrop Square, 62 Summer Street, and 99 Bishop Allen Drive) and other buildings as our portfolio grows at the direction and in coordination with the Lead Building Engineer and the Property Manager. For tasks that cannot be handled by the team, the Lead Building Engineer assists in coordinating repairs with the preferred vendors for each site.
