Position Overview:

The Director of Sales & Partnerships will be responsible for leading the organization’s national business development initiatives to ensure that the organization can effectively perform their work central to the mission. The position is ideal for a senior account executive looking to establish strong partnerships with school districts as a key leader of an organization working to improve public education. Please note, this position is remote and can be based anywhere in the US.


  • Establish and implement business development strategic plan, goals, objectives in alignment with organization’s strategic plan
  • Create and execute on strategic plan to build a network of schools and district partnerships
  • Qualifying, developing, and moving leads through the sales cycle
  • Serve on the organization’s leadership team and as a strategic thought partner to CEO


  • Belief that every child should have access to a college education
  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred
  • Strong track record of successfully taking education-related products to market
  • Strong track record of creating and executing against strategic plan
  • Innovative thinker who thrives in ambiguity and is highly detail-oriented
  • Exceptionally strong management skills, and experience coaching others to achieve
  • Remote experience preferred
