Description

The Annual Fund Director is a new leadership position within the development department of the Oregon Symphony. The position will be one of three direct reports to the Vice President for Development. The Director will supervise some staff, with oversight for the pipeline for individual giving and the business operations of the department.

The Annual Fund Director Candidate will have 3-plus years of experience in annual fund work with experience in database management, segmentation, MOVES management and donor communication. Our candidate is looking for an opportunity to gain experience in supervision, goal-setting and focusing their detail-oriented skills on a systems approach to development.
