Reporting to a national board, you will have overall strategic and operational responsibility of staff, programs, expansion, and mission execution. In this exciting and highly visible role, you will run the day-to-day operations including administration, finance, marketing, membership growth and fundraising (supporting an outside fundraising firm). The position requires a unique professional willing to work at both the micro and macro levels within all areas of the organization to produce and implement solid work plans and successfully engage internal and external stakeholders. Working with a committed board, chapter leadership, and staff, your ability to produce and implement outstanding best practices (programs, administration, human resources, membership, finance, etc.) will ensure your success in this exciting position.



The position requires a bachelor's degree (advanced degree - MS, M.Div., MPA or MBA preferred), with 7+ years of senior management experience. Your experience should include developing and implementing strategies that have taken an organization to the next level of growth. Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled a collaborative work style based on open, transparent, continual communication, sharing, and inclusive decision-making are a must. Willingness to travel is essential, with flexibility regarding numbers of days or weeks per month when this will be needed.
