JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant
REPORTS TO: President & CEO
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
• Confidential assistant to the CEO
• Responsible for handling administrative duties of the office of the president
• Assist the CEO in managing affairs of the Board of Directors
• Provide some office management and administrative duties
Maintaining CEO’s scheduling
Scheduling and logistical duties related to Board of Directors meetings
Assisting with CEO correspondence
Scheduling and prep work for weekly Executive Team meeting
Assist in managing CEO office budget
Maintaining related data for Board activities
Maintain relevant member data in membership database.
Assist VP, Finance and Administration in IT and office management duties
Participates in shared services such as telephone duties
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
College degree desirable.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Five to ten years' experience in executive support position.
Proficiency in office software.
Experience in iMIS database a plus.
Meeting management experience a plus.
Ability to interact with senior executives in professional manner.
Ability and desire to work in fast paced, focused atmosphere.
Experience with managing business expenses.
Minimum Education Required
