Actively searching for an Administrative Assistant to support an incredible non-profit foundation run by a member of a prestigious Chicago family! This is perfect role for a self-starting individual who possesses a positive attitude, has a high attention to detail, is extremely organized, and can efficiently handle a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with the grants administration, communicating with the firm’s external vendors, managing the contact database entries, and assisting with events/meeting planning. While it is not expected for the Administrative Assistant to travel domestically or internationally, the applicant must have the flexibility to do so should the need arise! The firm offers a competitive compensation package including 100% paid insurance!
