Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Justice. Equity. Diversity. Inclusion. What we call our "JEDI" principles inform everything we do — they guide our beliefs, drive our strategy and shape our culture, operations and actions. As a global philanthropic investment firm we understand our power and our privilege in a system built on white supremacy, genderism and other forms of injustice. At Imaginable Futures, we are made up of compassionate changemakers who believe that the diversity in viewpoints and cultural perspectives is not only a strength, it's a requirement. As justice seekers, we fight against injustice and use our voices and actions to advocate and catalyze change. As courageous learners, we recognize that our "JEDI journey" is life-long as we continue to learn, adapt and push for advancement. As inclusive collaborators, we take the time to listen to each other, our partners, and the communities. As authentic communicators, we welcome conversations around hard and difficult topics, examining our own implicit and explicit biases. And, as grateful celebrators, we strive to always cheer for the victories, however big or small, that get us to a more just, equitable, diverse and inclusive world. If this is you, come join us on this transformational journey.

On-Ramps is deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We believe social change happens when people with a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and identities come together with a common purpose. We're partnering with the team at Imaginable Futures to build a diverse team that will advance their mission and work. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
